You can specify angle threshold in Advanced Fragmentation rollout. Deactivated objects keeps their original animation and behaves like unyielding objects until something will activate them. Fixed bias at demolition for Sleeping objects. Small fixes and Improvements. Ability to choose which method ProBoolean or ProCutter use for fragmention.
